1. ELIGIBILITY: Expelled Games Multimedia Contest, (the "Contest") is open only to legal residents of the 50 U.S. and the District of Columbia and who are 13 years of age or older, but no older than 25 years of age, at time of entry. Employees and directors of Motive Entertainment, ("Sponsor”); those responsible for the development, contest, distribution and implementation of this contest, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and contest agencies, and printing suppliers for this Contest, and the immediate family members (parents, siblings, children & spouse), regardless of where they live, or persons living in the same household, whether related or not, of such employers and directors are ineligible. By participating you (and if your are a minor in your state of residence, your parent/legal guardian) agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Motive Entertainment, (“Sponsor”)which are final and binding in all respects.

2. HOW TO PLAY: Enter online at: www.expelledthemovie.com between the contest dates specified on the website. Limit one entry per person, per day. Any attempt by any person to obtain more than the stated number of online entries by using multiple/different names, addresses, or any other methods will void all of that person’s entries and that person will be disqualified. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Illegible/incomplete entries are void. Not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected, incomplete entries or postage due mail. Once submitted, entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Contest starts on or about 11/15/07. A day shall be defined as beginning 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time (CT) and ending the following 11:59:59 p.m. CT. The Expelled Games Multimedia Contest computer is the Official Clock for the Contest. During the Contest Period, log on to www.expelledthemovie.com and enter/submit your information and your song. You will be asked to provide your First Name, Last Name, Age, Name of School, Grade/Year in School (if applicable), Email, Phone. Once complete, click the "submit" button. Entries will be judged internally by the Sponsor and one winner will be selected.

3. WINNER SELECTION: Winner will be selected by the Sponsor from all eligible entries received. All entries will be judged internally by the Sponsor. Winner will be notified by email, telephone, or mail and prizes will be sent out within two week of the winner being chosen and being contacted.

4. PRIZES/VALUES/ODDS OF WINNING: Winner does not get to choose which prize they will receive. Odds of winning any prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. Based on the number of expected participants, the odds of winning are estimated as stated above. However, the actual odds of winning may depend on the number of attempted Internet participations and the time of your Internet participation. Sponsor makes no warranty or representation that the prize may be sold, bartered or traded at the stated value. Value at any time may fluctuate depending on market conditions. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the prizes will not exceed $500.00. If the winner is a minor, he/she must have consent by his/her parent/legal guardian. If winner cannot accept prize as stated the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner will be selected. Expenses not stated are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred or redeemed for cash, but Sponsor, in its sole discretion may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if prize becomes unavailable for any reason. All Federal, State and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner.

5. HOW TO REDEEM YOUR PRIZE: If you win, you will receive a confirmation email containing a confirmation number and/or a representative will contact you via phone and/or email within two weeks to provide you with information on how to claim your prize.

6. VERIFICATION: Winner is subject to verification by Motive Entertainment. Winner may be requested to provide proof such as email including confirmation number. If because of error or for any other reason, there are more prize claims in any prize category than prizes offered in that category as stated in these Official Rules, a random drawing will be held among all eligible claimants in such prize category to award such prizes. Only the prizes stated on the contest form or in these Official Rules are available to be won. Delivery of prize will be mailed within two weeks of selecting the winner. Any attempt to defraud Sponsor in any way will result in disqualification of participant; and, such participant may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

7. SECOND CHANCE SELECTION: If any winning prize is unclaimed, or forfeited they will be awarded to the first runner up selected from the contest judges, from the entries received during the specific contest period. Delivery of prize(s) will be sent from Motive Entertainment. No mechanically reproduced entries. Odds of winning depend on number of unclaimed or forfeited prizes and the number of eligible entries received. Limit one entry per person, per household.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: If a winner of any prize is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, prize may be awarded in the name of, or to, winner’s parent/legal guardian who must execute all documents and agree to all obligations and undertakings of winner, both on behalf of himself/herself and winner, or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Grand Prize Winner will be required to complete, execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to return documents timely, or if any prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if any winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected. Where permitted by law, winner grants to Sponsor (which grant will be confirmed in writing on request of Sponsor) and those acting pursuant to its authority, the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, the winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information for advertising. trade and contestal purposes without additional consideration, and without notice, review and approval. By participating, participants release and agree to hold harmless the Contest Entities and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents (individually and collectively "Releasees" from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person(s), including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, or participation in any Contest related activity, or participation in this Contest. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited. Motive Entertainment, (“Sponsor”)reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found, in their sole discretion, to be (a) plagiarizing material and or work done by others than the person submitting the entry; (b) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or web site; (c) in violation of the Terms of Service of the web site; (d) acting in violation of the Official Rules; or (e) acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, third party, or like entry methods will void all such entries, and any participant using any such method will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter the Contest at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Sweepstakes Entities may prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law.

9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Releasees are not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected, incomplete entries, or postage due mail or entries, or for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users, or tampering or hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest, and assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the web site, or failure to capture, or loss of, any entry or other information. Releasees are not responsible for injury or damage to participants’ or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this Contest or downloading materials from or use of the web site. If, for any reason, this Contest, or any part thereof, is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of Motive Entertainment, and/or Sponsor, could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, Motive Entertainment, (“Sponsor”)reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest and/or select the winners from entries received prior to the action taken or in such other manner as deemed fair and appropriate by Motive Entertainment, and/or Sponsor. In such event you may be advised on the entry page to forward your confirmation email to an email address specified by Motive Entertainment, (“Sponsor”)or mail your entire original game message print out to an address specified by Motive Entertainment, (“Sponsor”)for decoding. Specific instructions will appear on said page. Motive Entertainment, and/or Sponsor, however, reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to address an Internet raised or related issue in any manner they deem fair and appropriate. In no event will RELEASEES be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your access to and use of the web site or downloading from and/or printing material downloaded from said web site. Without limiting the foregoing, everything on this web site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages or exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. 10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION/CHOICE OF LAW: The Contest is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law doctrine, with venue in Los Angeles, and all claims must be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles, California.

12. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT: Winner may or may not be posted on www.expelledthemovie.com after winner is selected. For a copy of these Official Rules mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to the address: The Expelled Games Multimedia Contest Official Rules, 1303 Oakgrove Place, Suite #100, Westlake Village, CA, 91362, marked "OFFICIAL RULES" for receipt by 2/28/08. Sponsor: The sole Sponsor of this contest is Motive Entertainment. The studios and or production companies and advertisers give permission to use the items on the giveaway and are neither a sponsor of nor otherwise affiliated with this contest.
